The world knows him as boy wizard Harry Potter. Now, Daniel Radcliffe wants the world to see him differently.
Next summer, the 17-year-old will take to a London stage in the Tony Award-winning drama “Equus” and will perform nude during one scene, according Newsweek magazine in editions that will hit newsstands Monday.
“Part of me wants to shake up people’s perception of me, just shove me in a blender,” he told the magazine in an exclusive interview on the set of the fifth Harry Potter film, “Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix.”
Ugh! Now that is just foul. Can't we get Christina Milian to do a role like this? I know she needs the money. I'll even take the girl in the Harry Potter movies. Wait, she's legal, right?
The year wouldn't be complete if Paris Hilton didn't have something hacked. The heiress' Myspace friends are getting hit with a scam intended to put them on spam lists. The message from Hilton that is sent to her fans lures them in with the opportunity to meet her, but after filling out pages upon pages of information, all these losers get is a mailbox full of "MAKE YOUR P33N BIGGER!!" Sucks to be you if you filled this out. In more ways than one.
And in "sit down, your 15 minutes were over 10 years ago" news, former members of BLACKstreet, AZ Yet and Silk have formed a supergroup of mediocrity entitled The Blays. If the name isn't enough to have you on the floor, check out their Myspace for more LOL.
Edit: Wow, Marc Dorsey, one of the members, actually had a song called "15 Minutes". This is just too easy.
